Delete your Rest+Rise account.

Account deletion is permanent. Your routines, sessions and history cannot be recovered afterwards.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Rest+Rise and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete Account.
  4. Read the warning and confirm deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@restrise.health from the address connected to your account and ask for account deletion. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting.
