A weekly Sunday Brief
A personal reflection on your recent sessions. A full Brief needs at least five completed sessions within the last 28 days. With less history, you see what is needed before a useful reflection can be made.
Free routines · Optional paid Insights
Start with a short wind-down routine as a guest. Build a little history, then see an early reflection from your own check-ins. Ongoing Insights are there if you want more.
Save your progress to a free account. Complete and rate three sessions across at least two days within the last 28 days to qualify for one free First Look. No subscription or payment card is needed.
It reflects what you completed and how you rated those sessions. Three check-ins can offer a starting point for reflection; they cannot establish a trend or prove that a ritual caused a change.
Read your First Look before deciding whether ongoing Insights would help. You can keep using free routines either way.

Observations about your routines and check-ins when enough data is available. These are associations, not measured health effects.
Suggestions and ritual swaps based on your recent use, where there is enough information to make them useful.
Weekly Briefs use AI to help with reflection. They can be wrong and are not medical advice or diagnoses. Use your own judgement.
